-Eve of Public holiday ,Public holidays and Friday and Saturday ( School holiday ) - RM350 per night
Price Negotiable for longer stay.

Other terms and conditions:
1.)Pets are NOT allowed.
2.)For cooking, a cleaning fee of RM60 per stay will be charged.
3.)To secure and guarantee reservation , booking deposit of RM150-00 must be received.
4.)For booking cancellation , booking deposit is not refundable.
5.)Balance of the rental must be settled at the time of checking in.
6.)Security Deposit RM150 ( will be refunded upon check out ) if no damage is found
