Description:
   I got a fine of $50 for rule no.18(1) which states: Parking in a season parking area without possession of a valid season parking ticket. Any of you car owners got fines like this? Should't it be a $30 fine on rule no.4(1)which states:Parking without displaying valid parking coupon(s) or displaying insufficient amount of parking coupons. Do have your say please.
